Oral presentations

Each presentation is limited to 12 minutes plus 2 minutes for questions, 1 minute is reserved for preparation of the following presentation. Please prepare your oral presentation in Power Point (ppt, pptx) or pdf format named "Lastname_firstname.ppt(x)/pdf" (The presentation must be given to the organizing committee the day before the conference). The presentation will be displayed on a screen using a video projector. Each session room will be equipped with a computer with MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader (.ppt, .pptx or .pdf files + .avi video files), digital projector, laser pointer and microphones. You will not be allowed to use your own computer. Authors are requested to upload their presentations directly to the conference room half an hour before the start of the oral block. Assistance will be available to help them.

Poster presentations

Authors are responsible for setting up their poster in the morning. Assistance will be available for help and mounting materials. Authors must be available for a presentation next to their poster during poster sessions. Authors are responsible for dismantling their poster by 7.30pm in the evening. Posters will be mounted on a single vertical panel in A0 format in portrait layout: 118cm high and 84cm wide.
